Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Accounts Executive with a minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industry. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in SAP and be capable of independently managing key accounting functions, including bank reconciliations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, debtor and creditor management, and bills receivable/payable while ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations using SAP.
- Perform timely and accurate bank reconciliations for multiple bank accounts.
- Handle Accounts Receivable (Debtors) and ensure timely collections and reconciliation of customer accounts.
- Manage Accounts Payable (Creditors), including vendor reconciliations and timely processing of payments.
- Maintain and monitor Bills Receivable and Bills Payable, ensuring accurate recording and settlement.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to receivables, payables, and cash flow.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate with internal departments, customers, vendors, and auditors regarding financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, accounting standards, and internal financial controls.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist in audit processes by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation.
- Analyze outstanding receivables and payables and recommend corrective actions where necessary.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting. MBA (Finance), M.Com, CA Inter, or CMA Inter is an added advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant accounting experience.
- Prior experience in the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with SAP (FI/CO module preferred).
- Strong knowledge of bank reconciliation, debtor and creditor accounting, bills receivable/payable, and general accounting principles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
