Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of incidents and minimize system downtime.
- Document incident reports and maintain knowledge base articles to support ongoing operational excellence.
- Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements to enhance incident management efficiency.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on incident resolution techniques.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Incident Management.
- Strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex software issues.
- Experience with monitoring tools and techniques to track system health and performance.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with IT service management frameworks and best practices.
- Capability to work under pressure and manage multiple incidents simultaneously.
