Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Marketing Executive who can manage social media platforms, create engaging content, design creatives, edit videos, develop carousel posts, and execute brand promotion campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in content creation, social media marketing, and audience engagement to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage content calendars for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.
- Design visually appealing carousel posts, banners, infographics, and social media creatives.
- Edit and produce engaging short-form videos, reels, promotional videos, and motion graphics.
- Develop creative concepts and content strategies aligned with brand objectives.
- Plan and execute brand promotion campaigns to increase reach, engagement, and brand awareness.
- Write compelling captions, hashtags, and content copy for social media posts.
- Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging content formats.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather content, testimonials, and brand updates.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using social media analytics tools and prepare reports.
- Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build online communities.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, Content Creation, or Digital Marketing.
- Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design and video editing tools.
- Strong experience in creating carousel posts, reels, short-form videos, and promotional creatives.
- Knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
- Experience in brand promotion, audience engagement, and campaign management.
- Excellent creativity, communication, and storytelling skills.
- Understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking.
- Basic knowledge of paid advertising on Meta and LinkedIn is an added advantage.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with corporate brands, startups, or agency environments.
- Knowledge of AI-powered content creation tools.
- Portfolio showcasing social media creatives, reels, and branding campaigns.
