Over All & Relevance Experience :
- Completion of electrician apprenticeship.
- Experience working as an electrician minimum 5 years
- Valid driver's license.
- Deep electrical system, power generation, blueprints, maintenance, and repair knowledge.
- International Exposure is mandate
Responsibilities:
Diagnosis and Repair: Identifying electrical issues in heavy equipment machinery through diagnostic tools and techniques. This involves troubleshooting problems related to wiring, circuits, switches, sensors, and other electrical components.
Maintenance : Conducting routine inspections and preventive maintenance tasks to ensure the electrical systems are in optimal condition. This may involve checking for loose connections, inspecting cables and wires for wear and tear, and testing batteries and charging systems. ( self-starter, alternator, fuse box, ac motors and others)
Installation: Installing new electrical components or upgrading existing ones as per specifications or to meet regulatory standards. This could include installing lighting systems, GPS tracking devices, safety alarms, or any other electrical accessories required for the machinery.
Wiring and Rewiring: Wiring or rewiring machinery as needed, ensuring that electrical connections are properly insulated and secured to prevent short circuits or electrical failures.
Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of electrical repairs, replacements, and maintenance activities. This documentation helps in tracking the history of each machinery's electrical system and assists in planning future maintenance schedules.
Safety Compliance: Ensuring that all electrical work complies with safety regulations and standards to minimize the risk of accidents or injuries. This includes following proper lockout/tagout procedures, using personal protective equipment, and adhering to electrical codes and guidelines.
Collaboration: Collaborating with other technicians and engineers in the workshop to troubleshoot complex issues or to integrate electrical systems with other mechanical or hydraulic components.
Training and Support: Providing training and support to other workshop staff members on basic electrical principles, safety procedures, and troubleshooting techniques to enhance overall workshop efficiency and competency.Continuous Learning: Staying updated with the latest advancements in electrical technology and heavy equipment machinery to effectively address evolving challenges and improve service quality.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per year
