Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and energetic Counter Incharge to manage daily counter operations and ensure excellent customer service. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, good communication skills, and experience in handling customers efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day counter operations smoothly
- Supervise and guide counter staff
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally
- Maintain billing, cash handling, and stock coordination
- Ensure cleanliness and proper presentation of the counter area
- Coordinate with management for smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer handling ability
- Basic billing/cash handling knowledge preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in retail, restaurant, or customer service is an advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
