- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the establishment and enforcement of development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure seamless integration of software components and alignment with business objectives.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React Native.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agent Development, AI Agents & Workflow Integration.
- Strong knowledge of mobile application architecture and design patterns.
- Experience in optimizing application performance and ensuring scalability.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Familiarity with version control systems and collaborative development workflows.
