We are looking for a dynamic HR Executive who will play a key role in both talent acquisition and HR operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys end-to-end recruitment while also contributing to employee engagement, policy implementation, and HR compliance.

Expert in various job portal like likedin, Naukri and other free portals.

Excellent Sourcing skills.

Excellent Negotiation skills.

Good knowledge of IT technical concepts.

Good at Relationship management.

Excellent analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills which includes email etiquette.

Has to be a Company brand ambassador over various social channels.

Detail oriented.

Conversant with end to end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding the candidates,
- Sourcing the candidates from job portals, employee referrals, and social media and job postings in the portal.
- Taking first round of Techno HR interview.
- Identify right fit for the position
- Scheduling the candidates for next round of interviews based on the technical panel availability and follow up for the feedback.
- Rolling out offers and salary negotiation.
- Follow up with the candidate till they are onboarded.

Carry out joining formalities.

Should be highly adaptable to new technologies and business environment and strong in IT recruitment.

Should be able to identify information gaps in CVs.

Education: MBA HR or Any Post Graduate degree in HR

Min. 1-3 years of experience as Technical Recruiter

Good understanding of various programming languages like DotNet, PHP, Java, iOS, Android, Flutter, ReactNative, Javascript, etc.

Able to screen candidates with basic technical questions.

Able to work independently.

Able to work with any ATS (Applicant Tracking System).

Well versed with Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
