Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to oversee and execute all digital marketing initiatives. This role will involve managing digital campaigns, ensuring compliance with local norms and regulations, content writing, website management, and collaborating on creative content. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in digital marketing, content creation, and a deep understanding of local marketing regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Plan, and optimize digital marketing campaigns in coordination with agencies (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.), ensuring compliance with regulatory norms.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on the latest local marketing laws and regulations, ensuring that all campaigns adhere to these guidelines.
- Content Creation: Write engaging ad copies, and other marketing materials that align with the brand’s voice, goals and government norms.
- Social Media Platform: Managing the official social media accounts (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram etc).
- Website Management: Work with the development agency to manage and update website content, ensuring it is optimized for both user experience and SEO while complying with legal and business requirements.
- Creative Content Development: Collaborate with the respective agencies / designers to develop creative content for campaigns, visuals, and digital assets.
- Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimize performance and ROI and communicate the same with the agency. Provide regular reports on campaign effectiveness.
- Local Market Insights: Use local consumer insights to adjust digital marketing strategies and ensure campaigns resonate with the HNI audience.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 8 years of total experience &5 years in digital marketing with experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, content writing, and website management.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in understanding workings of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and other digital marketing platforms.
- Strong content writing and copywriting skills, with experience creating digital content (blogs, ad copy, and web content).
- Experience in managing website updates, collaborating with development teams for content optimization and design adjustments.
- Understanding of marketing regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Fluency in English.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.
