About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and result oriented TA Executive to join HR team at our corporate office in Jaipur. The ideal candidate should have hands on experience in end to end recruitment, onboarding, employee's engagement initiatives and HR operations. The candidate should be proficient in sourcing talent through Linkdin, indeed, Naukri and other job portals and have excellent communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment
Manage end to end recruitment for various functions and levels across the group
Source candidates through Linkedin, Indeed, Naukri and other platforms
Screem resumes , conduct initial interviews and coordinate with the user department
Prepare and maintain recruitment MIS and hiring reports
Onboarding and employee Lifecycle Management
Manage joining formalities, documentaiton and Induction program
ensure smooth onboarding and integration of new employees
Maintain employee and HR records
Employee engagement
Plan and execute employee enaggement activities
HR Operations and reporting
Prepare HR reports, presentations and dashboards
Maintain HR database
Desired Skills and Competencies
Strong expertise in recruitment
Excellent communication, interpersonal and skate holder management skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
Good reporting skills
Reporting to Head HR
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
