We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to support our retail finance operations. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their financial requirements, and providing suitable financing solutions based on their needs. The candidate will be responsible for clearly explaining available finance schemes, EMI plans, repayment options, and applicable terms and conditions, while assisting customers in selecting the most suitable financing option for their purchases. The role also includes guiding customers through the finance application process, ensuring accurate documentation, and delivering a smooth and professional customer experience while achieving assigned business.
