Roles and Responsibilities:
We are hiring Telecallers for an E-commerce calling process. The role involves handling customer calls related to product inquiries, order confirmation, follow-ups, and basic support. Candidates should be confident in communication and comfortable speaking in Hindi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls / handle inbound calls for e-commerce customers
- Explain product details, offers, and order information
- Confirm orders and follow up with customers
- Address basic customer queries and concerns
- Maintain call records and customer details
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Hindi language mandatory (spoken fluency required)
- Basic communication skills
- 0-1 year of experience in telecalling or customer support
- Basic knowledge of handling calls and customers
- Willingness to work from office
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Experience in e-commerce calls /customer support is a plus
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
