Location: Andheri West, Mumbai – 5 minutes walking distance from Oshiwara Metro Station
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: 10 Hours | Weekly Off: 1 Day
We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented SPA Manager to manage daily spa operations and lead the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily spa operations and staff.
- Handle client enquiries, bookings, and follow-ups.
- Call clients and convert enquiries into appointments.
- Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and service standards.
Experience: Previous experience in spa, salon, wellness, hospitality, or sales management preferred.
