Job Description:
Urbanrise is hiring a CRM – Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager to handle post-sales customer lifecycle and ensure a seamless experience from booking to handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers post-booking
- Manage the end-to-end post-sales process: agreements, collections, registration, and handover
- Maintain accurate customer data in CRM systems
- Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Accounts, and Projects teams for smooth execution
- Handle customer queries, escalations, and complaints with a solution-oriented approach
- Share payment schedules, outstanding reports, and project updates with customers
- Ensure timely documentation (SBA agreements, sale deeds, NOCs, etc.) and compliance
- Organize site visits, handovers, and customer engagement activities
- Drive collections and payment follow-ups
- Support marketing and sales initiatives, including events and launches
- Prepare and present MIS reports on CRM performance, collections, and customer satisfaction
Key Requirements:
- 4–10 years of experience in CRM / Customer Relations (Real Estate preferred)
- Strong exposure to post-sales lifecycle management
- Good understanding of documentation and registration processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools and MS Excel
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- Prior experience in real estate / construction industry
- Strong customer handling and escalation management skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
