We are looking for a Creative Lead to lead the creative execution for our clients across digital and print. This role requires someone who can combine creativity with marketing strategy and guide the creative team in developing high-performing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative team and ensure high-quality output across all projects.
- Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to understand campaign objectives, audience insights, and performance data.
- Translate marketing strategies into effective creative concepts and campaigns.
- Develop creative direction for social media, performance ads, branding, websites, and print collateral.
- Design key campaign creatives and guide junior designers in executing them.
- Review and approve all creative deliverables before they are shared with clients.
- Maintain consistency across brand identities and marketing communication.
- Coordinate with printers, production vendors, photographers, and videographers whenever required.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI tools, and creative technologies.
Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in a creative agency or advertising environment.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, digital campaigns, and print design.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Strong understanding of visual communication, typography, layout, and branding.
- Ability to mentor and guide designers while remaining hands-on with design work.
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client projects and meet deadlines.
Preferred
- Experience working with healthcare, FMCG, retail, or consumer brands is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or AI-powered creative tools will be an added advantage.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of the creative process—from understanding campaign goals to delivering impactful creatives that drive results.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
