Job Title: Branch Manager
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage daily branch operations.
Ensure achievement of branch targets and business goals.
Lead, supervise, and support branch staff.
Monitor branch performance and prepare reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in gold is mandatory.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to manage branch operations efficiently.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Willingness to take ownership of branch performance.
Relevant experience in branch management is preferred
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
