About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to join our sales team. The role involves connecting with potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining products/services, and driving conversions through outbound and inbound sales calls. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, customer handling abilities, and a target driven mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
● Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers and follow up on leads.
● Handle inbound customer inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities.
● Explain product/service offerings clearly and address customer queries effectively.
● Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular follow-ups.
● Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
● Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales updates in CRM systems.
● Coordinate with internal teams for smooth onboarding and customer support.
● Identify customer needs and suggest suitable solutions/products.
● Stay updated on company offerings, pricing, and ongoing campaigns.
Requirements:
● Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
● Comfortable handling high-volume calling and sales targets.
● Basic knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Excel.
● Ability to build rapport and maintain professionalism over calls.
● Self-motivated, confident, and result-driven.
● Graduate in any discipline preferred. Preferred Skills
● Experience in D2C or B2B sales environments.
● Strong persuasion and objection-handling abilities.
● Good listening and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per month
