Position: Telecaller
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound & Inbound Calling
- Handle admission-related calls and respond to student inquiries professionally.
- Lead Follow-up
Follow up with prospective students and parents regarding admissions and course details.
Explain courses, eligibility criteria, fee structure, and admission process clearly.Maintain call records, inquiry details, and daily follow-up reports.Coordinate with admission counselors to convert inquiries into admissions.Work towards achieving daily and monthly calling/admission targets.Eligibility Criteria:

- Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass
- Experience: Fresher or 1–2 years of telecalling/customer service experience
- Age: 18–30 years

Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹12,000/month (Based on experience & performance)**
