Job Title: Intern – People & Culture (Talent Acquisition)

About the Role:
The People & Culture (Talent Acquisition) Intern will work closely with the TA team to support end-to-end recruitment activities. This role offers hands-on exposure to hiring operations, coordination with hiring managers, candidate management, and recruitment data analysis. The intern will play a key role in supporting timely hiring and closure of open positions.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Hiring Support
- Support end-to-end recruitment processes for open positions across teams
- Source and screen CVs received through job portals, referrals, and outreach
- Reach out to candidates via calls, emails, and messages to assess interest and availability
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
- Follow up with candidates and interview panels to ensure smooth hiring progress
Job Posting & Candidate Outreach
- Assist in drafting and advertising Job Descriptions on relevant platforms
- Support outreach to potential candidates through databases, networks, and job portals
- Maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates for current and future requirements
Documentation & Onboarding Support
- Collect and verify the required documents from selected candidates
- Maintain hiring documentation and candidate records as per organizational process
- Support pre-joining coordination and onboarding documentation
Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate closely with hiring managers to track hiring progress and requirements
- Act as a point of contact between candidates and the TA team
- Support communication to ensure timelines and expectations are managed effectively
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers and hiring dashboards
- Support basic data analysis related to hiring status, time-to-fill, and pipeline health
- Assist the TA team in tracking hiring targets and closures
General HR & Team Support
- Support the People & Culture team in ad-hoc HR initiatives related to recruitment
- Assist in organizing interviews, assessment days, and recruitment drives
Learning Outcomes:
- Practical exposure to end-to-end Talent Acquisition processes
- Understanding of recruitment coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management
- Experience in recruitment data tracking and reporting

Desired Profile:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Psychology, Management, or related fields
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with calling candidates and coordinating with multiple stakeholders
- Well-organized with attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Excel / Google Sheets
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet timelines
Stipend: As per organizational policy
Reporting To: Manager- People & Culture
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
