Job Summary:
We are hiring a driven B2B Sales Executive to acquire and manage corporate clients, generate
business opportunities, and build long-term relationships with companies requiring logistics and freight
services. This role is ideal for candidates with prior B2B sales experience, strong communication skills,
and a passion for building client networks in the logistics sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new B2B clients (manufacturers, distributors, SMEs, corporates)
Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, meetings, and networking
Understand client requirements and propose suitable transport solutions
Prepare, share, and negotiate quotations/contracts with business clients
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Coordinate with operations for smooth execution of bookings
Achieve monthly sales targets and earn performance-based incentives
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and client records in CRM
Education: Bachelor’s degree (Engineering/Diploma holders not eligible)
Experience: Minimum 1–3 years in B2B Sales/Corporate Sales (logistics/transport sector preferred)
Language Skills: English (mandatory), Hindi/Gujarati (advantage)
Other Requirements:
Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
Ability to work with sales targets and deadlines
Max age limit: 35 years
Salary: Fixed + Performance-based incentives ( approx up to 17-18k )
Must be based in Vadodara (remote work not available)
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
