We are looking for a skilled Oracle Fusion Financials (Accounts) Faculty with strong functional knowledge, practical expertise, and excellent communication skills to deliver industry-oriented training.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training on Oracle Fusion Financials based on the prescribed syllabus.
- Conduct hands-on practical sessions, live demonstrations, assignments, and real-world case studies.
- Train learners on GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Expense Management, Tax, Intercompany, Financial Reporting, and Period Closing.
- Cover OTBI, Smart View, BI Publisher, FBDI, ADFdi, workflows, security, and data migration.
- Clarify doubts and provide practical guidance based on real-world scenarios.
- Assess learner progress and ensure effective knowledge delivery.
Requirements
- Proven 1-2 year of experience as an Oracle Fusion Financials Faculty/Trainer.
- Strong practical and functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Good understanding of accounting and finance processes.
- Excellent English communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple and learner-friendly manner.
- Strong learner engagement and doubt-clearing skills.
- Industry/implementation experience in Oracle Fusion Financials is an added advantage.
