Institutional Sales Executive
Job Description:
COPURRB is looking for a dynamic Institutional Sales Executive to drive B2B sales and corporate client acquisition. The role involves lead generation, client meetings, relationship management, pitching customized gifting solutions, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert corporate/institutional leads
- Build relationships with HR, Admin, Procurement & Marketing teams
- Conduct client meetings, presentations & follow-ups
- Manage complete sales cycle from prospecting to closure
- Achieve monthly sales targets & drive repeat business
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth project execution
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in B2B / Corporate / Institutional Sales
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated personality
- Experience in corporate gifting, events, branding, hospitality, or related industries preferred
Location: Pune / HybridSalary: As per experience + Incentives
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
