Job Summary
Travbeez is looking for a passionate Travel Consultant to handle customer inquiries, sell international and domestic holiday packages, and provide expert travel guidance. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sales abilities, and good knowledge of popular travel destinations.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, and social media.
- Sell international and domestic holiday packages.
- Explain destinations, itineraries, sightseeing, activities, hotels, flights, visas, and package inclusions.
- Prepare customized travel quotations and itineraries.
- Follow up on leads and convert inquiries into bookings.
- Coordinate with internal teams and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain customer relationships.
Requirements
- 0–5 years of experience in travel sales or holiday packages.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
- Strong communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of visas, flights, and hotel bookings is preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM is an advantage.
