Position: Diploma Architect (exp : 1-2 years)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Diploma Architect to join our growing design firm. In this role, you will work closely with project & senior architects to bring visionary designs to life. You will be responsible for creating precise construction drawings, building 3D visualizations, and coordinating with the team to ensure project accuracy from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine architectural layouts and design drawings.
- Prepare and modify detailed plans, 3D visualizations, and construction documents using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
- Integrate various engineering elements (structural, electrical, plumbing) into unified architectural designs.
- Conduct site visits, document site progress, and assist in resolving design-related issues during construction.
- Organize and maintain project files, specification documents, and compliance records.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Diploma in Architecture, Architectural Assistantship, or a closely related field.
- Software Skills: Proficiency in drafting software like AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Office.
- Technical Knowledge: Understanding of fundamental building materials, construction methods, and building codes.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent technical drawing skills, and effective communication.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
