Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Outlet Manager (Bar Manager) to lead operations at our exclusive rooftop resto bar. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership skills, excellent beverage knowledge, and proven experience in managing bar operations within a five-star hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete operations of the rooftop resto bar and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage day-to-day bar activities including inventory, beverage service, and guest relations.
- Ensure high standards of service, hygiene, presentation, and compliance with hotel policies.
- Train, motivate, and supervise bar staff to maintain luxury hospitality standards.
- Develop and implement beverage promotions, cocktail menus, and revenue-generating initiatives.
- Monitor stock levels, beverage costing, wastage control, and vendor coordination.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for smooth outlet operations.
- Maintain compliance with all statutory regulations, safety standards, and liquor licensing requirements.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Bar Manager in a five-star hotel.
- Strong knowledge of bar operations, premium spirits, cocktails, wines, and beverage trends.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a high-volume luxury outlet efficiently.
- Strong operational and financial management skills.
- Good appearance, professional attitude, and customer-focused approach.
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in rooftop bars, resto bars, or luxury lounge concepts.
- Strong team management and training abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory systems and POS operations.
