About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated English Teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will inspire students to develop strong language, communication, reading, and writing skills while creating a positive and engaging learning environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver effective English language and literature lessons.
- Develop lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards.
- Assess and evaluate student performance through tests, assignments, and classroom activities.
- Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication skills.
- Maintain classroom discipline and foster a supportive learning environment.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and parents regarding academic progress.
- Organize and participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development programs.
- Utilize modern teaching methods and educational technology to enhance learning.
- Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Education, or a related field. B.Ed. degree preferred/required.
- Strong command of spoken and written English. Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
- Ability to engage students with innovative teaching strategies.
