Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential clients in Australia.
- Promote and explain our products/services effectively.
- Generate leads and set appointments for the sales team.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Meet daily/weekly call targets and sales goals.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Confidence in speaking with international clients.
- Ability to persuade and handle objections effectively.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Availability to work in Australian time zones.
- A reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment at home.
