We're seeking an experienced US IT Recruiter who can independently handle end-to-end recruitment for US-based clients and thrive in a fast-paced staffing environment.
Key Skills Required:
- US IT Staffing & Recruitment
- W2, C2C & Full-Time Hiring
- Strong sourcing experience using Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, Indeed, etc.
- Knowledge of USC, GC, H1B, OPT/CPT, TN Visa
- Understanding of W2, C2C & 1099 tax terms
Experience hiring for:
- Java
- .NET
- Cloud
- DevOps
- Data Engineering
- QA
- Cybersecurity
- Network Engineering
- Embedded / Semiconductor / Automotive / Manufacturing
Responsibilities:
✔ Source and screen candidates for US-based requirements
✔ Coordinate client interviews and candidate communications
✔ Negotiate rates, salaries, and joining timelines
✔ Maintain ATS and candidate pipelines
✔ Build strong consultant and candidate relationships
✔ Meet submission and placement targets
Preferred:
- Experience working with Direct Clients, MSPs, or VMS requirements
- Familiarity with ATS/CRM tools
