Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Store Executive to manage inventory, consumables, and packaging materials at our factory. The ideal candidate will ensure proper stock handling, maintain accurate records, and coordinate effectively with internal teams and vendors.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Inventory & Store Management
- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.
- Handle consumable items and packaging products efficiently.
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconciliation.
2. Documentation & Record Keeping
- Maintain both soft copies (Excel records) and hard copies (manual registers) of inventory.
- Ensure proper documentation of GRN (Goods Receipt Note), issue slips, and stock reports.
- Keep records updated and organized for audit purposes.
3. Billing & Material Handling
- Manage billing entries related to inward and outward materials.
- Ensure proper tagging, storage, and handling of materials.
- Verify received materials against purchase orders.
4. Coordination
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, and Dispatch teams for smooth material flow.
- Communicate with vendors for deliveries, discrepancies, and follow-ups.
5. Computer & System Operations
- Use MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for reporting and documentation.
- Handle email communication professionally for internal and external coordination.
- Prepare stock reports, MIS reports, and other required documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in store or inventory management (manufacturing industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic understanding of inventory processes and documentation.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and organizational ability.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in the packaging or manufacturing industry.
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a factory environment and handle physical stock.
