1. Role Objective
The Telecaller will be the first point of contact for prospective students and clients. Your goal is to handle inbound inquiries, make outbound calls to leads, and convert them into walk-ins or admissions through effective communication.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Calling: Dialing provided leads to introduce our programs and identify potential candidates.
- Lead Management: Following up consistently with "warm" leads to ensure they visit the campus/office.
- Inquiry Handling: Answering incoming calls professionally and providing accurate information about courses and fees.
- Data Entry: Maintaining an updated daily call log and CRM database with student remarks and follow-up dates.
- Appointment Setting: Scheduling face-to-face counseling sessions for the Sales/BDM team.
3. Skills & Qualifications
- Language: Fluency in Malayalam and English (Additional languages are a plus).
- Communication: Clear, polite, and persuasive phone etiquette.
- Resilience: Ability to handle rejections and stay motivated to hit daily call targets.
- Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Any Degree.
