Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Pattern Master to develop accurate garment patterns and ensure proper fit, quality, and production efficiency. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of garment construction, pattern making, grading, and sample development for woven and knit apparel.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and develop garment patterns based on design specifications and tech packs.
- Prepare patterns for sampling and bulk production.
- Conduct pattern corrections and fit adjustments based on trial fittings.
- Perform pattern grading for different sizes.
- Coordinate with designers, sampling teams, and production departments.
- Ensure patterns meet quality standards and production requirements.
- Monitor sample development and provide technical solutions for garment construction issues.
- Maintain pattern records and documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Pattern Master in the apparel manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of pattern making, grading, marker planning, and garment construction.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Experience in handling woven, knit, and fashion garments.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with export houses or garment manufacturing units.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
