Job Description
BIPS Systems Limited is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing Engineer to support business development activities in the Enterprise and Government sector.
The role focuses on promoting IT Infrastructure solutions and generating new business opportunities across Servers, Desktops, Networking, and Storage solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify new business opportunities in government and private sectors
- Promote IT Infrastructure solutions including:
- Servers
- Desktops & End-User Computing
- Networking Solutions
- Storage Systems
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions
- Support preparation of proposals, quotations, and tender documents
- Coordinate with OEM partners such as HP, Acer, and similar brands
- Maintain strong client relationships and customer satisfaction
- Support sales targets and business growth
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
Required Skills
- Basic to good knowledge of IT Infrastructure solutions
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Understanding of sales and marketing processes
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Willingness to travel for business development activities
Educational Qualification
- B.Tech / BE / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, Electronics & Communication, or related field
- MBA (Marketing) will be an added advantage
Experience Required
3 – 5 Years in IT Sales / Marketing / Business Development
Preferred Candidate
- Experience in IT product sales or solution marketing
- Knowledge of Government tendering and bidding process
