Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused CRM Manager to manage client relationships, ensure seamless customer service, and coordinate between sales, legal, finance, and operations teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction throughout the customer lifecycle, from booking to possession.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly.
- Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Legal, and Project teams for smooth customer onboarding and post-sales support.
- Manage booking documentation, agreements, payment schedules, and possession-related processes.
- Follow up with customers regarding due payments and documentation requirements.
- Ensure timely communication regarding project updates, milestones, and company announcements.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports, customer databases, and CRM dashboards.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and implement measures to improve service quality.
- Conduct customer engagement activities and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA guidelines.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software, MS Excel, and reporting tools.
- Ability to manage multiple customers and tasks simultaneously.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of real estate processes and documentation will be preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in Real Estate CRM, Customer Service, or Client Relationship Management preferred.
