Requirements
- Must be fluent in Hindi & Gujarati
- Strong communication skills
- Capable of understanding different product orders for IT and chemical products
- Capable of handling orders, dispatch related formalities and managing inventory.
- Capable to clearly and precisely document required data.
- Must have knowledge about generating invoices, eway bills, expense vouchers, cash handling and more.
Responsibilities
- Handle all sales and purchase related orders by recording, verifying, and coordinating with suppliers and customers to ensure accuracy and timely processing.
- Manage dispatch and receipt of all sales and purchase goods, including proper documentation, tracking, and coordination with logistics for smooth movement of goods.
- Maintain inventory by monitoring stock levels, ensuring minimum quantity is available in the godown, and updating records to prevent shortages or delays.
- Generate invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and enter payment and receipt transactions in the system with accuracy and timeliness.
- Manage expense vouchers, update party ledgers, carry out bank reconciliations, and maintain proper financial records to support day-to-day accounting activities.
- Handle all bank and cash-related transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments, while keeping records organized and up to date.
- Send out invoices, statements, and payment reminders to clients as per the predefined schedule to support timely collections.
- Follow up with clients through phone calls and other communication channels to ensure payments are collected within due timelines.
- Carry out office-related data entry and data collection tasks, maintaining records, preparing reports, and supporting smooth office operations.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
