Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage daily dispatch activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of materials/products as per schedule.
- Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams for smooth operations.
- Prepare and verify dispatch documents, invoices, delivery challans, and transport records.
- Monitor vehicle loading and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Track shipments and follow up on delivery status.
- Maintain dispatch records and generate daily/weekly reports.
- Resolve dispatch-related issues and customer delivery concerns.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Manage and guide dispatch staff to achieve operational targets.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
