Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Executive is responsible for generating leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. The role focuses on building relationships with clients, maintaining records, and supporting the field sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handle outbound calling to prospects
2. Manage inbound customer inquiries
3. Generate leads and maintain pipeline
4. Conduct follow-ups to convert leads
5. Educate customers & create product awareness
Skills & Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2. Proven communication and negotiation skills.
3. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
4. Goal-oriented with strong customer service focus.
5. Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
