Job Summary
Trans Concept is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor for Interior Projects to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for estimation, quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, billing, cost control, and coordination for commercial and residential interior fit-out projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare BOQs, quantity take-offs, and cost estimates for interior projects
- Analyze architectural and interior drawings/specifications
- Handle project budgeting and cost monitoring
- Prepare client billing, contractor bills, and variation statements
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, vendors, and contractors
- Evaluate subcontractor quotations and negotiate pricing
- Track material usage and project progress
- Assist in procurement and tendering activities
- Ensure projects are executed within budget and timelines
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Quantity Surveying
- 5–8 years of experience in interior fit-out projects
- Strong knowledge of estimation, billing, BOQ preparation, and rate analysis
- Experience in commercial, retail, and residential interior projects
- Proficiency in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and estimation software
- Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of interior finishing materials and market rates
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
