Position Title: Google Ads Specialist
Job Description:
As a Google Ads Specialist, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing online advertising campaigns on Google Ads to drive traffic, generate leads, and achieve business goals. You will work closely with clients or internal teams to understand their advertising needs and create targeted ad strategies that maximize ROI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy and Management:
- Develop comprehensive Google Ads strategies based on clients' or company's goals.
- Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns, including Search, Display, Shopping, and Video ads.
- Conduct keyword research and selection to identify high-performing keywords.
- Create compelling ad copy and design engaging visuals to attract target audiences.
- Performance Monitoring and Optimization:
- Monitor campaign performance using Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Analyze key metrics such as Click-Through Rate (CTR), Conversion Rate, Cost Per Click (CPC), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Implement A/B testing and other optimization techniques to improve ad performance.
- Adjust bidding strategies and budget allocations to maximize results.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, including insights and recommendations.
- Interpret data and trends to provide actionable insights for ongoing improvements.
- Present performance reports to clients or stakeholders, highlighting key achievements and areas for growth.
- Market and Competitor Research:
- Stay updated on the latest trends and changes in digital advertising and Google Ads features.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the market.
- Adapt strategies based on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with clients, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Provide expert advice and guidance on best practices for Google Ads.
- Address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns with a track record of successful results.
- In-depth knowledge of Google Ads platform, including Search, Display, Shopping, and Video campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clients and teams.
- Google Ads certification or other relevant certifications are preferred.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Creative thinking with a focus on generating innovative ad solutions.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
