- Ensure maximum availability and roadworthiness of ambulances across assigned locations.
- Monitor daily fleet deployment, utilization, and movement.
- Coordinate with control room and field teams to ensure timely ambulance allocation.
- Schedule and track preventive and breakdown maintenance of ambulances.
- Coordinate with authorized service centers, vendors, and workshops.
- Ensure timely repair and return-to-service of vehicles to minimize downtime.
- Verify maintenance quality and adherence to AMC/contract terms.
- Track renewal dates and ensure zero lapses in statutory compliance.
- Monitor fuel consumption and mileage norms.
- Investigate deviations, pilferage, or misuse of fuel.
- Support cost optimization initiatives related to fleet operations.
- Liaise with service providers, spare suppliers, towing agencies, and OEMs.
- Coordinate with district/state officials as required for fleet-related matters.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly fleet MIS reports.
- Assist in accident investigations and insurance claim processing.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
