Job description:-
Handle patient calls and WhatsApp inquiries
Schedule hearing tests and clinic appointments
Follow up with patients for trials, fittings, and services
Coordinate with audiologists and clinic staff
Maintain patient records and daily reports
Explain basic hearing aid services and offers to patients
Ensure smooth patient experience at the hearing centre or clinic
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
