Sales & Revenue Generation
- Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
- Convert leads into customers through effective sales techniques.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements within approved guidelines.
- Prepare quotations and commercial proposals.
- Monitor the sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products or services.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to strengthen client engagement.
Market Research & Analysis
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and customer needs.
- Analyze competitor activities and market developments.
- Identify emerging business opportunities and market gaps.
- Prepare market intelligence reports for management review.
Business Proposals & Documentation
- Prepare business proposals, presentations, and tender documents.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company policies.
- Update CRM systems with customer and sales information.
Coordination & Collaboration
- Coordinate with marketing, operations, finance, and customer support teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Support product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Participate in exhibitions, conferences, networking events, and business meetings.
- Assist management in developing strategic growth initiatives.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly business development reports.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales metrics.
- Monitor customer feedback and recommend service improvements.
- Provide regular updates on business opportunities and market trends.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
