Position Overview
We are looking for a high energy, customer focused Sales Consultant to engage prospective learners who apply for programs offered by us. With a strong volume of inbound interest, this role is essential to ensure every qualified lead receives timely, relevant guidance and a seamless enrolment experience. The incumbent will connect with prospective learners, understand their career aspirations and requirements, articulate the right program fit, and drive conversions through a consultative or transactional approach.
Key Responsibilities
· Contact inbound leads promptly through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other relevant channels.
· Understand each prospect's background, goals, motivations, and concerns to build an effective learner persona.
· Recommend suitable programs from portfolio based on the prospect's needs and career objectives.
· Explain program value, curriculum, outcomes, eligibility, fee structure, schedules, and enrolment process clearly and confidently.
· Conduct consultative sales conversations, handle objections, and nurture prospects through the decision-making journey.
· Maintain accurate lead records, follow-up schedules, call notes, and sales funnel updates in the CRM.
· Collaborate with marketing, operations, and program teams to improve lead quality, prospect experience, and conversion outcomes.
· Share regular insights on lead behaviour, common objections, market feedback, and conversion opportunities.
Candidate Profile
· 1 to 4 years of experience in inside sales, admissions counselling, education sales, edtech, B2C sales, or a comparable customer facing sales role.
· Demonstrated ability to engage and convert inbound leads
· Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to build rapport and tailor discussions to different prospect personas.
· Excellent spoken and written communication skills.
· Strong follow-up discipline, CRM hygiene, and ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
· A proactive, empathetic, persuasive, and results-oriented approach.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
