Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior IT Manager to lead and manage the organization's IT infrastructure, ERP systems, and manufacturing software applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in the garments/apparel industry, with expertise in ERP implementation and support, Fittex, E-Facility, production software, networking, cybersecurity, and IT team management. The candidate will ensure seamless IT operations that support manufacturing, merchandising, warehouse, finance, HR, and sales functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's ERP system, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Administer and support Fittex, E-Facility, and other garment manufacturing software.
- Coordinate with production, merchandising, planning, HR, finance, and stores teams to resolve system-related issues.
- Lead ERP implementation, upgrades, customization, and integration projects.
- Monitor IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, firewalls, Wi-Fi, CCTV, and data backup systems.
- Ensure data security, system availability, disaster recovery, and cybersecurity compliance.
- Manage SQL databases, application servers, and software licensing.
- Provide technical support to all departments and ensure timely issue resolution.
- Develop IT policies, SOPs, and user access controls.
- Manage vendor relationships, AMC contracts, and IT procurement.
- Lead, mentor, and evaluate the IT support team.
- Plan and execute digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Generate MIS reports and dashboards for management.
- Ensure minimal system downtime and maximum business continuity.
Required SkillsERP & Garment Software
- Strong experience with Garment ERP systems.
- Hands-on experience in Fittex.
- Hands-on experience in E-Facility.
- Experience with Production Planning, Merchandising, Inventory, Purchase, HR & Payroll, Finance, and Quality modules.
- ERP implementation, customization, migration, and user training.
Technical Skills
- Microsoft Windows Server Administration.
- SQL Server / MySQL Database Management.
- Active Directory & Group Policy.
- Networking (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi).
- Firewall and Network Security.
- Cloud services (Microsoft 365 / Azure preferred).
- Backup and Disaster Recovery solutions.
- Hardware and Printer Management.
- CCTV, Biometric Attendance, and Access Control Systems.Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Master's degree (preferred).
- Certifications such as ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), PMP, or ERP certifications are an added advantage.
- Experience
- 10–15 years of overall IT experience.
- Minimum 5 years in a managerial role.
- Mandatory experience in the Garments/Apparel Manufacturing Industry.
- Proven experience managing ERP systems, Fittex, and E-Facility.
