We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitive activities.
- Approach and meet prospective clients to present products/services effectively.
- Prepare and deliver presentations or demonstrations to clients.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, marketing) for smooth order processing and delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and client interactions in CRM or reporting tools.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and promotional events.
- Provide feedback to management regarding market trends and customer preferences.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 1–3 years in sales, business development, or customer acquisition (experience may vary as per role).
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Target-driven and self-motivated with a passion for sales.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel as required.
