Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute new product development projects for skincare, haircare, makeup, and personal care products.
- Coordinate with R&D, packaging, procurement, and production teams for timely product launches.
- Conduct market research to identify current beauty trends, customer preferences, and competitor products.
- Manage product sampling, formulation trials, and testing processes.
- Source and evaluate new raw materials, fragrances, and packaging options.
- Prepare product documentation, specifications, and development reports.
- Ensure products comply with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor project timelines and maintain development calendars.
- Coordinate with vendors and third-party manufacturers for product development activities.
- Support branding and marketing teams during product launch activities.
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of cosmetic formulations and product development processes.
- Strong coordination and project management skills.
- Good understanding of cosmetic market trends and consumer preferences.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related field.
