We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Travel Consultant to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will assist clients in planning and booking travel arrangements while providing exceptional service and travel advice.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on travel destinations, packages, accommodations, and activities.
- Create personalized travel itineraries based on customer preferences.
- Book flights, hotels, tours, and other travel services.
- Assist with visa applications, travel insurance, and travel documentation.
- Stay updated on travel trends, offers, and regulations.
- Ensure excellent customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of experience in Travel Consulting or Customer Service.
- Good knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations.
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Knowledge of travel booking systems is an added advantage.
