Lead Generation
Search for construction companies, architects, contractors
Use LinkedIn, emails, databases
Identify companies that need BIM services
Cold Calling
Call potential clients
Introduce company services
Ask if they need BIM support
Client Meetings / Demo
Explain services (BIM modeling, clash detection, shop drawings, etc.)
Share company portfolio
Understand project requirements
Sending Proposals
Coordinate with technical team
Send cost estimate / proposal to client
Follow-ups
Follow up regularly
Negotiate pricing
Close the deal
Account Management
Maintain client relationship
Get repeat projects
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
