Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive business growth by acquiring new clients, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding the company's presence in the HR Consulting, Recruitment, Skill Development, Government Projects, CSR, and Education sectors. The ideal candidate should have a strong network, excellent negotiation skills, and proven experience in B2B sales and business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across Corporate, Government, CSR, NGO, and Educational sectors.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close high-value business opportunities.
- Prepare business proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, technical presentations, and commercial quotations.
- Explore opportunities in Government tenders, GeM portal, CSR partnerships, and institutional collaborations.
- Coordinate with Operations, HR, Finance, and Project teams for seamless project execution.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
- Maintain an updated sales pipeline and CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting.
- Represent the organization at conferences, exhibitions, networking events, and client meetings.
- Lead, mentor, and guide the business development team to achieve individual and team targets.
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reports for management.
Required Skills
- Strong B2B sales, client acquisition, and account management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Experience in proposal writing, tender management, and contract negotiation.
- Knowledge of Government projects, CSR initiatives, Skill Development, Recruitment, or Education Consulting.
- Strong networking and relationship-building capabilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and online business development platforms.
- Strategic thinking with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- MBA (Marketing/Sales/Business Development) preferred.
