Job Purpose:
The Vice President – Business Finance will lead cost and revenue management for the Cash Business Unit, ensuring financial discipline, profitability, and sustainable growth. The incumbent will be responsible for achieving revenue and EBIT targets, minimizing revenue leakage, driving operational efficiency, and fostering a high-performance team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Management: Achieve revenue targets for the Cash Business Unit while ensuring zero revenue leakage through robust controls and monitoring.
Profitability Oversight: Deliver EBIT targets by optimizing cost structures, improving margins, and driving financial accountability across operations.
Loss Reduction: Identify and reduce loss-making drivers across IAD, Non-IAD, and WLA lines of business, implementing corrective measures and sustainable solutions.
Customer SLA Management: Minimize SLA penalties by ensuring service excellence, proactive issue resolution, and adherence to contractual obligations.
Team Leadership: Build a positive team culture through mentoring, regular feedback, and capability development, resulting in stronger cohesion and lower attrition.
Strategic Planning: Partner with senior leadership to shape financial strategies, support decision-making, and align business objectives with organizational goals.
Qualification/ Knowledge/Skills/Experience:
Chartered Accountant / MBA in Finance with 15+ years of experience in business finance, preferably in payments or financial services.
Proven track record in cost optimization, revenue assurance, and strategic financial leadership.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on mentoring and team development.
