Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for the Anatomy Department, setting academic goals and ensuring alignment with the institution's mission.
- Oversee curriculum development, ensuring that educational programs are rigorous, relevant, and responsive to the evolving landscape of anatomical science.
- Foster interdisciplinary collaborations and promote research initiatives that enhance the department's reputation locally and globally.
- Mentor faculty members, providing guidance on teaching methodologies, research opportunities, and professional development.
- Manage departmental resources efficiently, including budgeting, staffing, and facilities maintenance to support research and education.
- Engage with students, faculty, and external stakeholders to advocate for the department and enhance its visibility and impact.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
