About Nexa Consultancy
Nexa Consultancy (thenexaconsultancy.com) is hiring an AI Developer to build internal dashboards, automations and AI agents using Claude AI. This is a fully work-from-home role open to candidates anywhere in India, for someone technical, careful and genuinely good at getting AI tools to produce working results.
We provide the Claude AI subscription. You do not need to be an expert programmer who writes everything from scratch, because Claude handles most of the code. What we need is someone with the judgment to direct it well, test what it produces, catch the mistakes, and keep working until the thing actually functions properly.
In simple terms: we tell you what we want built. You use Claude to build it, test it, fix what is broken, and hand back something we can use without having to re-check every line.
Shift and working hours
This is a night shift role. Working hours are 12:30 AM to 8:30 AM IST, aligned to US Pacific business hours. During Canadian winter, from November to March, the shift moves one hour later, to 1:30 AM to 9:30 AM IST. Please apply only if you can work these hours consistently.
What you will do
- Build and improve internal dashboards used by non-technical staff
- Build AI agents and automations that handle repetitive work
- Create automated boards and internal reporting tools
- Test everything you build and fix what does not work before handing it over
- Light maintenance on our GoHighLevel CRM, which is already set up, so this is occasional work and not the main part of the job
- General internal tooling as new needs come up
- Send a short end-of-shift update on what you completed and what is pending
What we are looking for
- Basic programming fundamentals. You can read code and understand what it does, even when you did not write it yourself
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript and APIs
- You have genuinely used AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot or Cursor to build something real, not just to ask questions
- The ability to tell when the AI has produced something wrong. This matters more to us than any qualification. Anyone can paste what Claude gives them. We need someone who tests it, notices when it is broken, and fixes it before saying it is done
- Clear written English, as most of our communication is in writing
- A quiet work-from-home setup with a laptop or desktop and stable internet
- Able to genuinely commit to the night shift long term

- Experience with GoHighLevel, Zapier, Make or n8n
- Any personal projects you have built with AI assistance
- Experience working with US or Canadian teams

How did you notice, and what did you do about it? This is the question we care about most. A small real example is worth far more than an impressive-sounding made-up one.
